Applying to become a LeagueRep, ClubRep or MatchOfficial couldn't be simpler.

Click the "Register" button and you'll be asked to provide your email address and to pick a password only you should know. Once you've done that, click the "Register" button and a message will then appear on screen to say you'll be emailed and to follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.

Click on the link in the email and this should take you back to the PlayerReg website where you should now login using your email address and password.

While your account has now been activated, you will need to complete a profile of yourself and to provide a photo. Once you have done so, agree to the terms and conditions and submit the profile. You'll then be faced with a choice of applying to become a LeagueRep, ClubRep or MatchOfficial. Make your choice of League and/or Club and press "submit". You'll receive an email to advise your application will now be considered after which you'll be advised by email if your application has been successful or not.

That's all there is to it!

League Reps will receive an email to say someone has applied to become a Club Rep.
As a League Rep you need to approve or deny the application.

Go into Settings and you should find the name of the Club Rep applicant and for which Club.

Click on the applicant's name which'll bring up the applicant's profile information.

If you're expecting the application and you're happy with it then click the "approve" button.
If you're not, then click the "deny" button and the application, in its entirety, will be removed from the system.

In either event, an email will be sent to the applicant advising of the outcome.
The approved Club Rep will be added to the list found within Settings under Manage Club Reps.

Once your application to be a Club Rep has been approved by the League you are able to apply to register players on behalf of your Club.

When you login click on the "Register" icon and this'll take you to the "Register a Player" page which is very similar in appearance to the form completed by the player.

Fill out the page with the details from the completed form in front of you, upload a photo of the player (a jpeg file up to 2MB in size), agree to the Terms and Conditions then click "Next".

If you've omitted anything, a message will appear telling you what's missing and it's simply a matter of doing the necessary.

If your League doesn't need to approve transfers between Clubs and Leagues, having clicked "Next" you'll be taken to a page thanking you for the application and advising you you'll be notified with the result of the application by email.

If your League does need to approve transfers between Clubs and Leagues, clicking the "Next" button will take you to the "Player Transfer Form" page.
If the player you're applying to register played for your Club last season then simply click "No transfer form filled".
You'll be asked to confirm this so it's just a case of clicking "No transfer form - Continue" which'll take you to the page thanking you for the application and advising you you'll be notified with the result by email.

If the player is transferring from another Club in your League then click the "From this League" button and you'll be asked which Club the player is transferring from and the date of release.
The form signed by the player and completed by the releasing Club should be scanned and attached as a pdf file to the online application.
Once done, click "Submit" which'll take you to the page thanking you for the application and advising you you'll be notified with the result by email.
